A Brutal Act!
A 17 year old girl who was reportedly whipped by the Taliban in Pakistan’s Swat valley has denied it before a magistrate. This public whipping of the girl, for coming out of her house with a man, who was not her husband, drew widespread protests and demonstrations by women’s groups.
