To walk free
A judge in London ruled that the four men involved in 1994 genocide in Rwanda need not be extradited as they will not receive fair trial in that country. Three men who were mayors and one militia organizer deny involvement in the murder of 80,000 Tutsi’s, all killed in 100 days.
